The guest house is situated in Sandown a small town in the Isle of Wight, it is a family run by Paul and Pat Manning, sandown beach is within walking distance as are many other interesting places. We offer bed and breakfast, and can do half board if requested. There is a pool table and a dart board and a small licensed bar. We have 3 stars from visit Britain and 4 star for food hygiene. open for 12 months. ...ranging from double, twin or single, also we offer family rooms with bunk beds. All rooms have TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dyers. We have 2 single rooms without ensuites, and 6 rooms with ensuites and 1 with a bath. There is a separate toilet and shower also. We have a small licensed bar were you can spend time enjoying a drink, also there is a large TV were you can sit and relax whilst enjoying your drink. And chatting to other guests. The games room is just off the bar with a pool table and a dart board.
