Located in a small Village between Lecce and Santa Maria di Leuca, this building dates back to 1700, belonged to one of the most prestigious families in the country, recalls the style of the old Salento houses .This palatial building has been completely renovated in 2008 and enriched with precious details in 2010, while keeping intact its original characteristics. Guests have access to 5 large rooms with vaulted ceilings, private (ensuite) bathroom, and lovely terraces. This charming old residence offers all the comforts of a hotel but with the exclusivity and the welcome of the owners that only a private residence can give . Each room has a separate entrance from the courtyard of the palace, air conditioning and WI-FI free connection. Our guests can enjoy spacious common areas with independence inside and outside, a large kitchen, a nice courtyard with a very old olive tree and other plants typical of the Salento area. But the most fascinating are the wide terraces where our guests can enjoy our cocktails at sunset and at the request of our wine tasting, extra virgin olive oil tasting and cooking classes.
