This beach hotel was built in 1985, completely renovated in 1997 and then underwent further refurbishment in 2004. A total of 175 rooms are spread over 6-storey main building and a 4-storey annexe block. The hotel comprises 9 single rooms and 126 doubles, in addition to 40 suites. The spacious lobby area includes a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, lift access and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a souvenir shop, a cafe/bar, 2 conference rooms and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant. Room and laundry services as well as a public Internet terminal are also available. This superior, attractive hotel is located on the approach to Vouliagmeni, separated from the sea by only a beach. A private beach club is about 150 m away (additional fees apply). Sun loungers and parasols are also available for use. A further sandy/shingle beach lies just 300 m from the hotel. Diverse shopping and entertainment venues are easily reached on foot within 5 minutes. Vouliangmeni Lake, featuring hot healing springs, is approximately a 15-minute walk away. Public transport to Athens and Cap Sounion can be caught at a stop 100 m from the hotel. The transfer to the airport takes around 30 minutes (21 km).
