A relaxing vacation awaits at the Atlantic Birches Inn. The Inn is comprised of two homes, the 1903 Victorian shingle style Main House, and the 1920s bungalow called the Cottage. Each building houses five comfortable and uniquely decorated smoke-free guest rooms all with private baths and air-conditioning, large living rooms, and casual dining areas for our homemade Continental breakfasts. Rooms vary from a cozy retreat for two, up to a two bedroom suite for a family of five. The Inn reflects the peace and tranquility of yesteryear, with a casual elegance. Guests enjoy the opportunity to linger over breakfast on our front porches shaded by Birch Trees, or our Gazebo surrounded by perienal gardens or just bask in the sun by the outdoor heated pool. A short two minute walk from the Inn takes you to Old Orchard Beachs lively downtown, and Maines largest white sand beach. Located just 12 minutes from Portland and Kennebunkport, and 25 minutes from Freeport and Kittery, the Inn is conveniently located and offers a quiet respite in a busy vacation. Check-in is at 4 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
