Established in 1611, this recently refurbished, luxury Hotel is situated in the village of Broadford overlooking Broadford Bay. Skye's wonderful larder of fresh produce forms the backbone of The Broadford's cuisine, with a selection of menus that take full advantage of the Scottish larder. There are two bars to choose from, both offering a different ambience. The Spinnaker Bar is more luxurious, with deep leather sofas - a great place to enjoy a frothy cappuccino or to sample the hotel's speciality drink: a Drambuie served long with soda and fresh lime. The Gabbro bar is more traditional and serves as a good spot to enjoy the 'craic' with the locals or enjoy a malt whisky by the fire.
