A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at Broadgate Farm holiday cottages just two miles from the market town of Beverley in East Yorkshire and minutes from Beverley Westwood. Five self catering holiday cottages skilfully converted from period farm buildings sleeping from 4 to 8, each with its own private garden/patio area. The farmstead is set in 19 acres of grass & woodland where we are developing a nature trail and wildlife pond for our guests to enjoy. Broadgate Farm is in the East Riding of Yorkshire where the Yorkshire Wolds meets Holderness. This county is full of hidden tourist gems, there is so much to do here that you could stay for a month and do something different every day! Broadgate Farm is ideally located with all of the local attractions within easy reach. Unlike many UK holiday destinations there is just as much to do here whatever the weather or time of year. All our self catering cottages have well appointed kitchens with fridges, electric ovens, gas hobs, washer dryers & microwaves. We have stayed in many holiday cottages over the years and we have tried to supply your cottage with all that you may need. Electricity and heating are included in the price you pay for your holiday let, downstairs there is underfloor heating with radiators to the upper floor. In addition some of our cottages have wood burning stoves – the first basket of logs is free with refills available at £5 per basket. All visitors receive a welcome pack on arrival, linen, towels and tea towels are provided. If you have any special requirements for younger visitors such as travel cots and high chairs please request at the time of booking and we will happily provide free of charge. For your entertainment all holiday cottages have: Internet access point for use with your own laptop Freeview TV DVD player A selection of board games A small library of books for all ages CD Player Outside you are welcome to wander down to the wildlife pond or just sit in your own private garden/patio area and soak up the atmosphere. Parking for 2 cars is available adjacent to all of the holiday cottages – additional parking spaces can also be accommodated on request. All self catering cottages are no smoking – one well behaved small pet welcome at additional cost in two of our holiday cottages - The Forge & The Granary. No dining on site but several restaurants close by and also delivery options.
