Due to the close proximity of an unfenced lake to the house we do not offer accommodation for minors therefore it is most suited to couples and single travellers looking for a quieter venue. Well signed off the B3230 Barnstaple to Ilfracombe road. 'Sat-Nav' systems tend to deliver you to Hillcrest Farm (EX31 4HN) we are just down the hill from them and share the same postcode. However most systems also tend to send you via Blackmore Gate at Aller Cross just outside South Molton when travelling North on the A361. We suggest that you stay on the main road to Barnstaple and follow your system from there.
