Location. Located one half block from the waters of the Caribbean, the Coningsby Inn has been operating as a bed and breakfast since 2000. Set in Belize City, the inn is accessible to much of what makes Belize so popular. Known for its unparalleled diving opportunities, the area is also steeped in culture and history. Surrounded on three sides by water, there are over 400 cayes (islands) off the coast of Belize, some no larger than a tennis court. Nearly 600 Mayan ruins dot the landscape, ranging from humble burial mounds to ancient metropolises such as Caracol. Hotel Features.
