The complex consists of 22 two-room apartments and 7 studios, all fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioning. All apartments have a big yard with lawn, flowers and trees while Folies provide to their residents two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. Kapodistrias is half way far and the Port just 1. 5km. From Corfu International Airport head east toward Fygareto, turn left at Fygareto. Fygareto turns slightly left and becomes Palaiopolis. Continue onto Scherias, and then continue onto Emmanouil Theotoki. Turn right to stay on Emmanouil Theotoki. Continue onto Leoforos Dimokratias, and slight left at A. Desylla. A. Desylla turns slightly left and becomes Vlachernon. Continue onto K. Georgaki. Continue straight onto Ethnikou Stadiou. Turn left at Ethniki Odos Lefkimmis. Slight right at An. Katsimidi. Turn left at Kerkyras-Peleka, and than again left.
