Country House Casco dell'Acqua is situated in the Umbrian countryside, near Trevi, conveniently located between Bevagna and Montefalco. The property, once typical Umbrian farmhouse, whose main building is only 4 metres from the bank of the River Clitunno, dates back to the beginning of the 18th Century and was probably a typical tannery. Today, the country house, after an accurate restoration following the principles and rules of bioarchitecture, offers all modern facilities and amenities: restaurant with typical food and local wines, outdoor swimming-pool with salt water, air conditioning in every apartment, outdoor park for children. The furniture is simple and refined at the same time, apartments are comfortable and relaxing, and are perfectly embedded in the surrounding landscape.
