Crich House is situated in the beautiful market town of Barnard Castle only 5 mins walk from the town centre. Barnard Castle is a lovely traditional market town with lots of old interesting features. Raby Castle gardens deer park 6 miles away, High Force the largest waterfall in England 10 miles from Barnard Castle with lots of fantastic woodland walks. Barnard Castle is a great base to visit the Lake District the Yorkshire Dales as well as the great shopping places like Newcastle, Durham, Harrogate York along with all the fantastic culture they have to offer.
