Originally built in 1897 for Quaker ‘hierarchy’ management at the world famous York Rowntrees chocolate factory (now owned by Nestle), this fine example of a Victorian town house was recently refurbished and decorated ‘sympathetically’ to the original Victorian decor and theme by the present owners.
