A great, central city, brand new hotel. Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and spa pool in enclosed area on the ground floor, with a bar adjacent. There is also a gym on the ground floor. An excellent addition to the accommodation options in this City, the most Eastern in New Zealand and the first place to welcome the new day. Fantastic value. SE0207 A light sand coloured building which is very modern in design (completed June 2006). There is an in-house restaurant, and there are a further three bars and restaurants within the hotel complex.
