Finca – Farm – Santa Anita is agro tourism, meaning we offer relaxation in a family and natural atmosphere, a synthesis of Salta, from the making to the way of life. The house has the typical Salta colonial architecture: a XIX century’s old manor, wide verandahs that open onto internal flower gardens and horizons of mountains and a lake. The family has rescued traditions and unique objects, thus being able to create the first Tobacco Museum of Argentina and an Archaeological Museum of particular importance, in addition to typical production activities such as a goat cheese farm, pepper and tobacco crops and a small but attractive collection of aromatic herbs and native trees. All this effort has made of Santa Anita a place like no other; we have been awarded by Slow Food International for our delicious food made with the produce from our organic orchard, the celebrated goat cheeses and biodiversity conservation.
