There is free off road car parking at the front and south facing garden at the rear. Patio doors lead from the dining room to the garden where Guests are welcome to sit and relax for a little extra sunbathing. Florian is non-smoking throughout but guests may smoke in the garden. Florian is well placed for business travellers or for going to the Portland for the Olympic Sailing, as we can be reached, without going through the town centre. We are within walking distance of the Nothe Fort, the official viewing point for watching the Sailing events. There is free Wifi access in all rooms.
