All homes have modern furnishings and everything needed for a superb home away from home! Local Tips: Located in Southwest Florida, Naples is a place bordered by the gentle waters of the Gulf of Mexico to the west, and the mysterious Everglades to the south. Please Note – Rates are exclusive to European Union passport holders only FACILITIES: These homes are Self catering. Supplements available include crib, rollaway bed, high chair, heated pool, welcome food packs and cleaning for an additional fee. An Executive home includes a VCR/DVD, minimum of 2 TV's and BBQ. Heated pools are available upon request and are subject to a minimal daily charge. Additional: Pets are not allowed and there is no smoking on the property. A $500 fine can be imposed for pets or smoking. Upon arrival all guests are required to register at our office. We will on check-in take an imprint and authorization on a major credit card for $250.00, this is a credit card deposit refundable after 30days, or $60.00 non refundable deposit (cash or credit card) or cash deposit of $1000.00 as security against negligence or additional charges. We will advise guests in writing and process the charge to their credit card if damages, losses or additional charges are incurred.
