In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 1 bedroom w/ loft - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom w/ loft - USD 35.00. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in / Check-out is at the Mountain Resorts Office located 2150 Resort Drive Suite 100, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. - Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is 10am.
