Harpers on the Beach is a luxury B&B and consisting of three luxuriously appointed queen rooms and a 2 bedroom self-contained cottage. The rooms are beautifully decorated with imported fabrics and furniture. Each room has a private deck with views of the ocean. Step off your deck and it is a mere twenty five paces to the generally deserted three km white sand beach. This wild, unspoiled and virtually secret crescent shaped beach has been named as one of the most beautiful in Australia. Facing west you will experience stunning sunsets over Storm Bay with views all the way to Bruny Island and the South West wilderness area and the Hartz Mountains. Just 10 minutes from Port Arthur, Harpers on the Beach is the only boutique accommodation in Tasmania that can say that it is on the beach! Dinner is served by arrangement and when possible is always based around local and organic produce. Dinner by arrangement. We serve a set 3 course menu daily, $45 per person and require notice by 12 noon on the day.
