The Georgian Room is a single bedroom, with a double bed, and en-suite shower room that over looks the garden. James' Room is a room that can be booked out with the Edwardian suite. In the early 1900s the house belonged to a well known local author, Christopher Bush (pseudonym Michael Home) who wrote about his recollections of his childhood in the village of Great Hockham. He also wrote award winning detective novels. Over the last three years, the owners, Wendy and David, have sympathetically renovated the entire house and landscaped the gardens, drawing on inspiration from research and the National Trust!
