This is a charming, privately run hotel, and comes highly recommended. RY0403 This hotel is made up of three attractive old white clapboard buildings originally used as fishermen's accomodation and for preparation of the catch for sale. The restaurant is one of this hotel's most charming features. It is large with windows opening onto views of fishing boats bobbing at their moorings in the harbour and out to the cold sea. The chef prides himself in only serving the freshest of fish caught and served that very day. The lobby is large and welcoming with plentiful seating in the adjacent bar area. All are beautifully and individually decorated in attractive rustic colours. They are all in very good condition as are the bathrooms. In many rooms there are exposed beams and other features reminding the guest of the historical use of this building in the centre of this fishing community.
