L'Auberge de Noves stands as an enthralling place, a "hidden gem". Encased in a lovingly maintained, wooded 15-hectare park, this resplendent, peaceful manor looked after by the Lalleman family for three generations, has an irresistable magical air of enchantment. The serene setting, elegant rooms, delicious Provencal cuisine, varied choice of wines, fragrant air and swimming pool all majestically express the quality of life. The manor dates from the XIX and neighbours a former chapel where 7 rooms and Junior Suites are built in. The property spreads throughout more than 10 ha with our own wandering paths enjoyable even for jogging or biking. The outdoor swimming pool is heated. With a star in the Michelin guide, the hotel's restaurant remains one of the finest restaurants in this side of Provence. The cuisine is inspired by fresh local produce, the scents and flavours of which delight guests at lunch and dinner. Lobsters and crayfish are even raised in a pool on the grounds. Weather permitting, guests can enjoy their meal on a magnificent sunny terrace. The wine list is outstanding, one of the wealthiest of the region. It offers 23 rooms with antique furnishing and it's own personal design.
