Hotel Klettur is a new-build 3 star superior property just a stone's throw from downtown Reykjavik. The hotel address is on Mjolnisholt, close to the main shopping street Laugavegur. Hlemmur bus terminal is just a two minute walk, providing easy access to the rest of the city. Places of interest in the vicinity include the Reykjavik Art Museum and the citys-ns oldest swimming pool, Sundhollin. Guests can also visit the National Museum of Iceland, or relax in one of the many geothermal spas fuelled by the islands-ns volcanic core. The hotel is housed in a new-build property with a sleek, minimalist facade inspired by Icelandic nature, especially the Icelandic rocks. Its name is derived from the rock that can be found in the basement, bursting out through the wall. Facilities include a beautiful lounge in the basement hall for guest use. The breakfast room is home to the daily breakfast, plus the hotel bar is open daily from 5pm to 10pm and offers one of Reykjaviks-ns best selections of Icelandic beer.
