Literally three (3) minutes walk to the heart of Lakes Entrance and the Footbridge to reach the great 90 Mile Beach, or the front lake if you wish to hire a paddle boat or go for a sail or simply fish. Kickback has one (1) one bedroom cottage, five (5) two bedroom cottages and one (1) three bedroom cottage. The property is under new management, a number of the units have been renovated and all have been thoroughly cleaned and tidied up to ensure you enjoy a comfortable holiday. Each cottage consists of: Comfortable bedding, Bed linen supplied, Fridge, Coloured television, Microwave, New Crockery & cutlery, Full cooking facilities, Bathroom, Own clothesline, Gas Heating for the cooler weather, Pedestal fans for the warm weather. The grounds contain: Laundry facilities - coin operated washing machine and dryer, Fish cleaning area, Outdoor B.B.Q. and eating area, Childs sandpit with appropriate toys, Area for the kids to kick the footy or play cricket or just have a bit of fun, Boat parking - on request due to restricted area.
