Along with a buffet breakfast of regional favourites, accommodations include a wine tasting, a tasting course, and talks with the winery’s oenologist. A team of award-winning chefs prepares the meals served in the dining room, in the wine cellar, or out in the barbecue area in front of the vineyards. The hotel is near the villages of Los Castillos and Corralito, close to the intersection of National Route 68 and National Route 40, at approx. Kilometre 18 on National Route 68. The hotel is an excellent launching point for explorations of the natural wonders of the Calchaqui Valley region (called Valles Calchaquies in Spanish), particularly the rock formations called The Amphitheatre (El Anfiteatro) and the Devil’s Throat ( Garganta del Diablo) and the Quebrada de las Conchas valley. The hotel is approx. 19.2 km/11.9 miles from the quaint colonial town of Cafayate and the largest golf course in South America at La Estancia de Cafayate.
