The building is on a 700 m2 ground, and is divided into 14 furnished flats ( 12 one-room flats and 2 two-room flats).Each flat has a kitchenette with fridge, tableware, kitchen equipment, a table with chairs for all the guests, private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, satellite tv, air conditioning, direct line,an iron and ironing board. Low building (service-flat formula)• 2 two-room flats with maximum 6 beds .These have its own entrance which is both living room and kitchen, with a double sofa bed, a big bedroom with a double room plus 2 beds .Each room has air condition and heater, a bathroom with shower, a washing machine and both have a big external terrace.• 1 one-room flat with 4 beds maximum• 1 one-room flat with 3 beds maximum• 1 one-room flat with 2 bed maximum. All the guest of the low building can relax in the open spaces close to each flat,and they can also use gazebos with tables and chairs.
