Laburnum House is a small but warm and friendly Victorian house close to the centre of Chester. We are a traditional family-run B&B combining comfortable quality accommodation with a personal service useful advice and local knowledge in a homely relaxed atmosphere. We are accredited by quality & tourism and have a three star rating. Laburnham House is just 2 minutes away from Chester city centre. All our rooms are comfortably furnished with ensuite showers TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Chester is a fantastic city steeped in history & culture. You can view and walk the city walls visit Britain's oldest amphitheatre stroll along the River Dee or take the kids to Chester Zoo. Chester also has a wealth of shops boutiques and restaurants and the Designer Outlet Centre which is just 10 minutes away. Further afield you can visit Manchester Liverpool or North Wales. We offer free parking and free broadband to our customers. We require guests to arrive or make contact with us by 6pm on the day of arrival otherwise regrettably it will be necessary for us to re-let the room.
