The Ravoraha ecolodge is located in the extreme southwest of the island Sante Marie, near the small airport. Perched facing the lagoon and in the heart of a traditional village Malgache. The flight from Antananarivo to Santa Maria island is 50 minutes or from Tamatave would take 20 minutes. It takes 4 hours to travel from Tamatave by bus and boat. The ecolodge has 8 bungalows arranged in a tropical garden. All bungalows have one bedroom with a large canopy bed protected by mosquito net, a bathroom of tropical style (with shower and toilet) and a small lounge outside on a terrace to watch the sunset over the sea. Storage cabinet, desk, mini bar and safe are also available. The Ravoraha ecolodge is a charming seaside hotel. The bungalows are on first line on the beach facing the lagoon. An ecolodge as close to the population to better discover and live at their own pace. There are restaurant, ice cream bar and grill. Excursions with local guides and hotel partners such as whale watching (June to September), diving and canoe trips are available.
