Location This residence is located on a site unique of its kind in Savoie, in the heart of the Tarentaise region opposite Mont-Blanc. It forms part of a group of high altitude resorts and village resorts, all linked together at an altitude of between 1,250 m and 2,100 m. This resort, Plagne 1800, is one of La Plagne's former argentiferous lead mining villages, with its attractive little wooden slate-roofed houses, standing in the middle of a pine and larch forest, earning it the nickname of 'La Facilities This apartment ski residence is a complex of 7 chalet-type buildings set like a Savoy village. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, a hotel safe and a games room. It offers shops and sports facilities as well as a bar, a restaurant and Internet access (charges apply). Guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services (both for an additional fee) and there is a car park and covered garage parking for those arriving by car (charges apply). Rooms The rooms come with a private bathroom with a separate WC (except in the apartment for people with reduced mobility and the studio apartments for 2 persons). The accommodation is fully equipped with a small kitchen with a minimum of 2 hotplates, a fridge, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and an electric coffeemaker as well as pay TV. Furthermore an ironing set and a vacuum cleaner are provided in all accommodation and a balcony features in most apartments. Sports/Entertainment Sports facilities available at the property include an outdoor swimming pool, health centre/gym with a sauna, a hammam and balneotherapy treatments. There is also a weights room and guests can join in stretch classes. There is a squash court and facilities for tobogganing and bowling are also available. Just 5 km from the property guests will find the Belle Plagne gym. Meals Guests may select their breakfast from a buffet and the midday and evening meals may be enjoyed a la carte. How to get there Guests arriving from Paris should take the motorway to Albertville (A43 and A430) and the dual carriageway from Albertville to Moutiers. Follow the N90 to Aime, then take the road via Macot La Plagne. Plagne 1800 is the first resort, 16 km after the village of Macot. Once inside the resort, the residence reception is approximately 200 m after the turning on the right.
