Recently built, the holiday village is situated in the bay of Peschici and provides 200 rooms in hotel formula. The complex is essentially divided into three parts: the “Villa-area”, “the Swimming pool-area” and “the Service Centre-area”.The HOTEL FORMULA accommodation is provided in the Comfort rooms in the central part of the building, all equipped by terrace or garden. Each unit in the villa area has an independent entrance and a tiled patio, adorned with Mediterranean climbing shrubs. Interiors are well-furnished with items of furniture in walnut and hazel. All rooms have air-conditioning, fridge, TV, telephone, hair-drier, safe. The Swimming pool area: This is the centre for relaxation and sporting activities. It consists of three fresh-water pools for a total of 1.000 sm. One regular swimming pool 25 x 12.5 mt. with 5 lanes; one for children, and a large circular one with a garden palms in the centre for relaxation. CENTRE Composed of a vertical central building where are located the hotel rooms, a huge Restaurant “Rosa dei Venti”, the reception and the administration bureau. In the basement there are a wellness centre with massage and esthetical treatments, turkey bath and sauna service and fitness centre. RESTAURANT: The Restaurant “Rosa dei Venti“ is available for the formula Hotel, during the period A, buffet service for side dishes and/or vegetarian accompaniments, and with table service for the main courses, fruit or dessert, drinks included ( water and local wine). Possibility of buffet service in consideration of number of guests. The formyla “All inclusive” is offered in the remaining periods with full board, breakfast, lunch and dinner all with buffet service + 2 show-cooks-area for the main courses and draught drinks, soft drinks, water, beer and house wine.
