It offers a warm welcome into peaceful and comfortable surroundings. The manor is located three miles from Glastonbury and Street and is within easy reach of the M5. It offers easy access to the historic town of Glastonbury, the cathedral city of Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole Caves, Clarkes Village at Street and the beautiful coasts of West Somerset and North Devon. Meare Manor is situated right in the heart of the Somerset Wetlands and Shapwick Heath Nature Reserve, which is run by Natural England, is on our doorstep. There are also sites run by the RSPB who organise walks in the area. For anyone who loves wildlife and wonderful scenery this is the place to come. There is a variety of wildlife and birds and best of all you might get a gilmpse of an otter or two! All rooms are ensuite and well equipped. Complementary port and sherry is offered on arrival.
