In 1975, Carmir McCann converted the elegant and spacious Araneta summer home into a cozy and charming 16-room hotel with a beautiful lobby lounge and fireplace that overlooks the forest reserves of South Drive and Teachers Camp. Her idea was to share with her guests the total Baguio experience of complete relaxation with evenings before a warm fire, breakfast amid a flower garden, and home-cooked meals.
