Aburaya is the most deluxe ryokan in Tango Okuine Onsen area faces the Japan Sea and is still in Kyoto prefecture. Ine-no-funaya consists of over 230 private houses and is known as a sightseeing places in the town of Ine because of the characteristic of houses. Aburaya welcomes you at the lobby which is made in wood mainly and it makes you comfortable. There is an Irori, Japanese traditional hearth (constructed in the floor) at the corner of the lobby, so you will know other guests sitting around the fire and talking about your trips etc. There is a coffee shop in the ryokan too and the panoramic view from the seats are extremely fantastic. Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00. A semicircular public bath is easy to see outside and the garden, so you will be able to be relaxed. There is a open air bath too. There is sea view from most guest rooms and the rooms are light during daytime. Guest rooms are equipped with refrigerator, TV, security box, phone, Japanese nightclothes, toothbrush, towels, razor, hair comb. Sending service from Amanohashidate at 14:40 is available. (Departure time is subject to change.) 45 min. ride by shuttle bus from Amanohashidate station. 2.5 hours ride by limited express train from JR Kyoto station to KTR Amanohashidate station. 3.5 hours ride by car from JR Kyoto station to the ryokan Public buses are also operated from Amanohashidate. 50 min. ride by bus from Amanohashidate to Ine.
