The recently built Palm Village residential hotel forms a semi-circle around its swimming pool with a jacuzzi and an extendable cover (this allows it to be closed and heated in the winter season). The hotel is made up of 31 studio apartments of various sizes all tastefully furnished with modern comforts: self-contained kitchen unit, satellite TV, air-conditioning, bathroom with shower, telephone, safe and a large veranda with a wicker suite of furniture. In addition to the wonderful swimming pool there is a private beach with sun-loungers, umbrellas and beach towels, a fully-stocked snack bar where in addition to breakfast you can enjoy excellent snacks and delicious starters and main courses (frozen), a barbecue area, a gazebo for taking meals outside of the apartments, a laundry, a left-luggage facility, mountain bike rental, transfers to and from the airport in chauffeur driven cars, car rental delivered on request even at Cagliari Elmas airport, boat trips either in a sail boat or motor boat with lunch included, and private rubber inflatable boat hire.
