All of our rooms are with ensuite facilities, most of them have a balcony and cable TV television. Visit our traditional "Stuberl" (snuggery), our TV room, the comfy house bar, the fireplace room, the billard room, the table soccer room, the lawn outside, the guest garden & winter garden as well as the seminar room. Our house is situated peacefully in the centre of the village - between the station and the lake - and has enough parking spaces. We are at 2.5 km from the ski lifts Maißzinken and Helmel. It's a 1.2 km walk to the lake where you can go for a swim in summer. Just as well, we are a good starting point for the ski resorts Otscher and Hochkar.
