The hotel is situated in a building older than 200 years, but has just recently been refurbished and newly furnished. We offer double rooms and rooms with 5 beds. Discover the large terrace on the second floor from where you have a beautiful view on the city centre of Ljubljana. In our backyard is a lime- tree (Lipa) planted in 1626, which is the old symboal of Slovenia and gave our pension its name.
