Redcliffe House has 5 beautifully-restored guest rooms the Garden, Walnut, Wisteria, Hawthorn and Studio rooms. Each room has its own special appeal, with features including original baltic pine boards and antique furnishings as well as modern facilities. The bright and airy interior combined with the warmth and hospitality of an early convict-built farmhouse complete the picture of serenity and tranquillity. Each room has all the modern comforts the convicts had to do without en-suites, fridges, hairdryers, heating, flatscreen TV, DVD player, peace and privacy. Special touches, such as fresh flowers and complimentary sherry or port make your stay a memorable one. Our Tasmanian East Coast accommodation comprises five rooms with en-suites, each with its own individual style and character, offering a range of choices to suit most travellers. We have two breakfast rooms and a guest lounge inside the house, and other facilities include access to the internet, loads of areas in the grounds for strolling about, picnicking, reading a book, enjoying a quiet glass of wine. Close by also are the beautiful beaches of Dolphin Sands and small, little used bays along the coastline, coastal and riverlake fishing, hiking or exploring a number of national parks, and the impressive scenery of the Hazards and Wineglass Bay in the Freycinet National Park.
