The Townhomes are beautifully decorated and come with vaulted ceilings and large spacious living area. All Saddle Creek Town homes come equipped with full kitchens, gas fireplaces, private garage, washer and dryer, and private deck with a private hot tub. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in / Check-out is at Pioneer Ridge. The Office is located at 675 Snapdragon Way, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487- Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is 10am. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please have your confirmation and valid ID. No refunds will be given due to delays. If arriving after hours and in the event that the office is closed, Please pick up phone by the door to speak with security. Security will take a manual imprint of a credit card and provide the guest with an arrival packet including maps and check-in information.- Stays of only 2 paid nights will be charged a nominal clean fee. If a guest stay is for 3 or more paid nights these charges do not apply. The cleaning fee, if any will be charged at check in. A pet fee of USD 50.00 per pet will be collected for all condominiums and townhomes.
