Sixteen structures are single units and six structures are duplex units. Of the single units, eleven structures are classified Tropical Villa Plus. The Plus indicates an oversized bathroom with luxury bath tub and nature-oriented outdoor private shower. 28 Villas are set in a tropical garden setting featuring lotus ponds, coconut and areca nut palms, ferns, small footbridges, tropical flowers and succulents. Each villa has a spacious bedroom luxuriously furnished to a very high standard. Of the total 28 villas, 12 are duplex construction with 6 connecting rooms and 6 adjoining rooms. Each duplex unit has one double-bed room or one twin-bed room. All duplex rooms are classified Tropical Villa while the remaining 16 villas are single units with King size double beds. 11 Of the single units are classified Tropical Villa Plus.
