We have a wood panelled a la Carte restaurant, adjoining a colonial style lounge with big leather sofas and its own bar. The hotel has a large public bar connecting directly to our new air-conditioned conservatory (with disabled access). There is a large secure car park with a barrier to the rear of the hotel and a spacious patio area lined with bamboo plants and lighting which leads directly into the hotel's conservatory. The thriving market town of Dereham, previously called East Dereham, lies in the heart of Norfolk adjacent to the A47 trunk road. The many shops, supermarkets, banks and estate agents serve not only the population of Dereham but also the surrounding villages. Ease of free parking makes Dereham a popular shopping centre.
