The Paddock was designed and built by Steve and Gail in 1984 who have recently refurbished all the guest rooms and added new high specification facilities, all are situated on the first floor off the Minstrels Gallery. The Ski Lodge or superior double room with ensuite facilities hosts a luxurious King bed and massive jet shower; the large LCD TV and DVD also has an iPod docking station. The Mountain Retreat, with King bed or small twin beds has ensuite shower facilities and views over the extensive garden to the rear of the house. The Boat House is a twin room with immaculate private bathroom with a beautiful slipper bath and large shower, both the Ski Lodge and Boathouse overlook the attractive front garden and have large LCD TVs and DVDs. All rooms provide free WiFi Access, well stocked tea trays, hairdryers, fluffy towels and luxury toiletries. You have your own dining room, with individual tables, and lounge, through which the garden can be accessed. On a pleasant day you are welcome to stroll down to our stream or take afternoon tea on the decking or inside the sun lounge, lovingly nicknamed 'The Shed', where you will be able to spot numerous garden birds, buzzards and wildlife. The Paddock is in easy reach of Chester, North Wales, the Sandstone Trail, Bolesworth, Cholmondley, Beeston and Peckforton Castles and is on the Cheshire Cycle Way. We are close to Carden Park for those looking for an alternative place to stay when attending weddings or business conferences. Situated only a short walk away from the Carden Arms in the centre of Tilston you can be sure of a lovely meal or a friendly drink and The Bull, Cock O Barton and The Yew Tree are close by.
