Location This hotel is an oasis of calm on the northwest side of St. Lucia in the popular resort area of Rodney Bay Village, the hub of the best restaurants, clubs, duty-free shops and other entertainment venues in the north of the island. The centre of Rodney Bay with its many shops and nightlife venues, as well as the nearest sandy beach, are just 1 km away. Castries is approximately 20 km from the hotel. Facilities Opened in 2002, this air-conditioned beachside spa hotel offers a relaxing, intimate and inspiring ambience and comprises 2 floors with a total of 76 rooms of which 11 are suites. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a newspaper stand, a bar, a restaurant, and public Internet access (WLAN). Room and laundry services are available for an additional fee and there is also a car park for those arriving by car. Rooms Charmingly decorated standard and superior rooms are selectively positioned for intimacy and privacy and all offer fabulous views out over the pool area. Sports/Entertainment There is a pool with waterfalls, 2 Jacuzzis, a poolside snack bar and a children's paddling area around which sun loungers and parasols are centrally located for the convenience and comfort of all guests. It is possible to play tennis, table tennis and billiards and a range of spa and massage treatments are available. Nearby Reduit beach offers 1.5 km of fine white sand upon which sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use. It is just a few minutes to 18-hole St. Lucia Golf & Country Club (approximately 6.3 km², par 71) where guests enjoy special privileges. The world-famous Pigeon Island National Park where the annual St. Lucia Jazz Festival takes place, the Bousejour Cricket stadium, home to the 2007 World Cup and Rodney Bay Marina, the destination port of the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC) are all also to be found in the surrounding area.
