Behind the pubs Victorian facade, the interior has undergone a recent makeover with leather furniture and polished wooden floors creating a more contemporary feel. The food served here is extremely good value and one of the specialities is still the Whittington Cats home-made meat pie which comes from a traditional recipe handed down through three generations of the landladys family. As well as lunch and dinner, the pub now does breakfast every weekday from 8am til noon. There are also rooms to let, some with splendid views out over Hull Marina. We are ideally located for all of Hull's main attractions. The city centre and Hull's old town area are a short walk away. The old town includes the marina area and museum district if you are looking for a bit of culture - and don't forget entry to most attractions is free. However, if retail therapy is what you want the Kingston Retail Park is just next door and includes Next, Boots, The Outfit and more.
