This is a friendly inn consisting of two comfortable mansions located next to nature, yet within walking distance of a town center and a quick bus ride or drive to Reykjavik city center. On route to the golden circle and various other day trip destinations. Cafe and best bakery in Iceland, great for breakfast. Access to full kitchen facilities. Great fish store sells very fresh fish and fish dishes. Cheap grocery as well as 24 hour grocery and snack store close by. Lots of cheap restaurants. Quick drive to all of Reykjavik's fine food restaurants. This is probably the best place to enjoy Iceland, where you have both proximity to nature and the city. Enjoy the spas, hiking, horse riding, golf, massage and the company of the host and guests.
