Wayside House is a charming, extended, 17th century thatched cottage located in a rural setting on the Macmillan Way walk between Bagborough and Triscombe on the southern face of the beautiful Quantock Hills. From the front gate walkers need to simply cross the road to reach the start of Rock Lane which leads to the highest point of the Quantock Hills. Accommodation consists of one double The Brendon Room' with its own adjoining bathroom and one twin The Exmoor Room' with En-suite shower room and a third double room available by special arrangement. Facilities include televisions in each room, private guest dining room and private guest lounge. Tennis: We have a doubles tennis court and racquets are available at no charge to guests wishing to use the court. Cycling: We have Two adult and two child cycles which are available at a rate of £5.00 per bicycle per day. We also have additional facilities for mountain bikers including secure storage, bike transport, qualified guides, workshop and spares and wash down.
