Woodgrove Lodge is approached up a drive of pine trees from the Gannel road situated in a quiet location overlooking the river Gannel in Newquay. The property was built in 2000 by the owners and is a split level house with the 3 Guest rooms on the ground floor and the Dinning Room etc on the first floor. The Dinning room opens onto a Balcony where breakfast can be served on sunny mornings overlooking the river with an abundance of birds and squirrels in the trees to watch whilst enjoying your Full English Breakfast. Breakfast served between 8-30 and 9-30 or by arrangement. Plenty of safe parking. There are lovely walks from the house along the river around Trenance boating lake and gardens or along the cliffs and beaches. The famous Fistral Surfing beach is only 5 mins drive. This makes Woodgrove a perfect base for touring the rest of Cornwall. With most places assessable within an hours Drive. Newquay airport is only 15 minutes drive. Transfers can be arranged.
